We are moving the site from the Watch List to the Scam List. Site picks and chooses whom it pays, and there is lot of complaints about non payments. See "cons" for more info:
Here are the pros & cons of this site:
PROS:
1. Forum - This site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and stay updated on changes made to the site. You can find their forum here: http://123bux.net/forum/
2. Direct Referral Limits - Currently the direct referral limit starts out at 80 for standards. Great for promoters and those who can refer a lot of people. However it could make the site unsustainable with these rates per click.
3. All Countries Accepted - So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.
4. Secondary Password & Pin- You have the option of creating a secondary password to protect your account. Which is highly recommended that you use this option.
After you join you will also be required to create a cashout pin. Make sure it is different too. Don't be a fool and use your bank account pin that you use for your personal bank account. Create a unique 4 digit pin and write it down somewhere if need be.
5. Pioneer Membership For the first 1000 members - The membership is valid for a full year.
6. Paying - They are paying, but late, and payment proofs can be found on their forum and throughout the web.You can find proofs here: http://123bux.net/forum/main_forum.php?cat=5
CONS:
1. New Site - We do not recommend investing or buying upgrades on new sites. For at least 6 months, if not a year. If you can't wait that long, at least test and get paid first before you decide to invest.
2. Sustainability - 80 direct ref limit with 1 cent per click ads? Could be a problem and can cause the site to go bankrupt fast. Either the owner will make drastic changes or the site could fail if the site isn't managed properly.
3. Bugs & Problems Unsolved - Site has quite a few bugs.
Also we go to delete our inactive referrals on this site and it bans us stating we are trying to delete other peoples referrals. This is the 2nd GeN4 site from PTCPay that has given us this error.
So far we have been auto-banned 5 times from this site due to using the delete inactive referrals function.
4. 100 clicks! - You have to have 150 clicks in order to cashout. Too high and it restricts users from cashing out their cash.
5. High Cashout Fees - Currently the site charges $0.51 to cashout. Not counting the fees you will be charged from Payza (formerly known as AlertPay).
6. Payment Delays - People are being paid, but there are people reporting non payment and have been waiting for up to 3 weeks, if not more.
7. Selective Payments? - We were paid 3 times, but late. It was either returned to our account and we had to request again, or we had to wait. Our 4th payment was made to us very fast, within 3 standard days. Yet people are reporting they still haven't been paid and they have been waiting weeks.
We don't like to see sites make selective payments to members. Even us. This is our main reason for moving the site to the Scam List. Some people are claiming we are promoting this site because we are being paid. That is not true. We never base moving a site to the Watch List or Scam List off of complaints alone and especially when others are reporting they have been paid as well. However the combined complaints and their selectiveness is enough for use to move the site to the Scam List.
In simple terms, site will be moved to the Scam List for waiting for purchases to pay their members. A typical full blown Ponzi Scheme.
Some Things You Should Know About This Site...
- Avg Daily Earnings w/out referrals : $0.02 +/-
- Number of Ads: 4 max for standards
- The minimum cashout is $2 for the first cashout, $5 for the second cashout, and $10 for every cashout after that.
- Must post payment proof if you wish to keep your account.
- "For all paid members you have to post your payment proof in less than 48 hours in the forum or you will be suspended ." SOURCE

123Bux uses the selective payment strategy to make it appear they are still paying.. Also they seem to be worried whether or not we are paid over other members. Which does not site well with us. Site will remain on the Scam List for the time being till they get their priorities in order. The site no longer pays according to their own terms of service. Use at your own risk. You were warned.
