Update: Moving AdPTC from the Watch List to the Scam List and here are the combined reasons why they are on the Scam List
1. Non Payments - For the second time the site has returned our payment back to our account without payment. Others are reporting the same. (see comment section)
Week after week, the owner has been stalling everyone and not paying. His paypal account was frozen and now all the sudden he claims he has another paypal account? Which will not last long since his site is violating Paypal terms by having a JackPot (gambling) on his site.
2. Bugs & Glitches - A lot of them! It is a ongoing problem. When one is fixed then another major problem appears. Either the ads wont credit, cashout page doesn't work, or some other major issue.
3. Site up for sale? - Site is still showing up for sale on Domain Tools.
4. Members getting banned - There seems to be a quite a few people that are getting banned from this site. For what reason, we don't know. The site continues to have bugs so it will ban someone without just cause.
Summary:
AdPTC had potential and the admin has a history of paying, but their lack of communication and bugs are a big problem. With the non payments we can no longer say this is a safe and paying site to use. We are no longer using or endorsing them. As of now they are a scam in our view. Use at your own risk.
