We are moving AmenBux from the Ongoing Investigations List to the Scam List. Site is down, owner is filing disputes against members he has paid, and their partner site has complained that this owner has stole from him. See "cons" for more info. Here are the pros & cons of this site:
PROS:
1. Forum - This site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and stay up to date on changes made to the site. You can find their forum here: http://amenbux.com/forum/
2. Paying - They are paying and payment proofs can be found on the forum and throughout the web. Here are a few places where you can view these proofs:

3. All Countries Accepted - So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.
4. Instant Payments - A great option for any site to have. No more waiting days or weeks for something you rightfully earned.
5. Secondary Password - You have the option of creating a secondary password to protect your account. Which is highly recommended that you use this option.
CONS:
1. Site Down - Site has been down for several days and showing a "blank" page. We usually give a site time to come back, at least 7 days before we move them to the scam list. However since the owner of SeedBux is claiming AmenBux has stole their funds, we went ahead and moved this site to the scam list. Which brings us to our second reason for them being on the scam list....
2. Partner Site Stole Funds - The owner of seedbux claims that their partner amenbux (Dave) has stolen funds from their Payza (formerly known as AlertPay) and PayPal account. As you can read here: http://intensedebate.com/people/seedbux

3. Using Another Site's Name - If you ever bought anything or was paid from this site before, you will find in your paypal account that they changed the name from AmenBux/SeedBux to "NeoDev LDA". Someone is trying to pass himself off as NeoBux to avoid disputes or to give another site a bad name.
4. Filing Disputes Against Members - Someone from this site is filing dispute against members for payments that members received on both seedbux and amenbux. They paid you, now they want it back. Which is fraud.

5. New Site - We do not recommend investing or buying upgrades on new sites. For at least 6 months, if not a year. If you can't wait that long, at least test and get paid first before you decide to invest.
6. Zeus Site - There is some negativity and bad feedback towards sites that use this script. Mainly due to the previously sites that have used this script.
We hate to judge a site by its script, but this is a Zeus site. Which has a very poor track record when it comes to the owners that run these Zeus sites. Most of them that we have reviewed or followed has either gone scam, currently has problems, or still very new. Not a single one has lasted for over 6 months.
7. A "Bux" Site - This type of ptc has a very high fail rate. Most "bux" sites go scam under 6 months, if not within a year. Most rely on upgrades and rental purchases rather than actual advertisers. A typical "bux" site will show fixed ads, sell rentals, and have a higher rate per click. This type of business model is not very successful and unsustainable, which is probably why most "bux" sites fail.

- Referral Earnings : $0.005 for each website your direct referrals visit
- You need to accumulate at least $7.00 for your 2nd Payment Request and $10.00 for your 3rd

AmenBux will be placed on the scam list for the reasons previously described in the "cons" section. Site is down, funds are stolen, and someone is filing dispute against members who were paid.
