Update: Moving the site from the the Watch List to the Closed List. Although the site had to stop paying, they refunded those who requested their investment back and allowed members to convert their balance for advertising.
Site History...
1. Payments Stopped - After we moved the site to the Legit List we started to see payments get further and further behind. We were told that the payments would be paid, but have yet to see this happen. Complaints about non payment is showing now in their forum.
2. Site Up For Sale - I received over 12 comments within the last 24hrs about this site. The news is that the owner is selling the site and claims they don't have the time to run the site anymore. That could be, but what about the debt the site now has? They are saying that if the site will not be sold then it will turn into a ads only site. Our question is what about investments that was recently made? If recent investments are not refunded or if the new owner refuses to pay old debt, then this site will be moved to the Scam List.
"I'm sorry everyone, but I've come to realize that I no longer have the time to properly manage Augbux. It is now up for sale to the best offer. Send in a support ticket if you are interested, I prefer paypal payments but I will accept AP. Augbux has hosting until August 20th. I will try to make sure Augbux goes to an honest owner. Thanks to all my members.
If Augbux is not sold it will become an advertising exchange until the hosting expires.

3. Buxhost Site - So many fail and are abandoned. Either the owner quits and then decides to sell it, or they just end up leaving without a word. This is one of the few buxhost sites that made it to our Legit List, and it did not last long. For more information on buxhost sites go here:

Summary:
AugBux is closed. Investors have stated that their investment was refunded and any member who had a balance could use it towards advertising. Owner warned members ahead of time about the site closing and members had plenty of time to convert their earnings for ads. Site will be placed on our Closed List.
