BananaBux is no longer and it looks like we have another site to be added to our scam list. The host has suspended them due to non payment and the owner has made a statement saying the site will not return:
Whether or not the owner meant to scam, the site will be added to our scam list since investments will be lost.
Site History
PROS:
1. Forum - This site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and stay up to date on changes made to the site. You can find their forum here:

2. Paying - They are paying and payment proofs can be found on the forum and throughout the web. Here are a few places where you can view these proofs:

3. All Countries Accepted - So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.
4. Instant Payments - A great option for any site to have. No more waiting days or weeks for something you rightfully earned.
5. Secondary Password You have the option of creating a secondary password to protect your account. Which is highly recommended that you use this option.
6. SSL Secure - Extra added layer of security to help secure your data.

7. DDoS Protection - Site claims it is protected from DDoS attacks (more info). Which is a big threat to PTC sites. Such protection can be very expensive but these days it is needed to protect the site from possible threats and downtime.
CONS:
1. New Site - We do not recommend investing or buying upgrades on new sites. For at least 6 months, if not a year. If you can't wait that long, at least test and get paid first before you decide to invest.
The main reason why we see this as a downside is due to the large number of new sites that go through many sudden changes during their first 6 months. Changes anywhere from rates per click, payment processor issues (paypal limitations), and payment wait times. New sites notorious for changing their terms. Why we do not recommend investing on new sites.
2. A "Bux" Site - This type of ptc has a very high fail rate. Most "bux" sites go scam under 6 months, if not within a year. Most rely on upgrades and rental purchases rather than actual advertisers. A typical "bux" site will show fixed/self-sponsored ads, sell rentals, and have a higher rate per click. This type of business model is not very successful and unsustainable, which is probably why most "bux" sites fail.
3. Whois Private - Hidden ownership.
4. Zeus Site - There is some negativity and bad feedback towards sites that use this script. Mainly due to the previously sites that have used this script.
We hate to judge a site by its script, but this is a Zeus site. Which has a very poor track record when it comes to the owners that run these Zeus sites. Most of them that we have reviewed or followed has either gone scam, currently has problems, or still very new. Not a single one has lasted for over 6 months.

I am not going to get into a debate about the usage of bots. But I will say I am against it. Since bots do not buy ads, view ads, nor do they buy upgrades. However, kudos to the admin for admitting to it. Majority of "bux" sites use bots and admins will deny using them. Why I am not placing it in the cons that they admit to using them. It is a typical "bux" site and it is already stated in the "cons" for being one.

- Payza (formerly known as AlertPay) hacked and funds stolen. Days later the funds were recovered.
BananaBux ran out of funds and investments were lost. Owner did not give any warning about his financial situation. Site will be moved to the Scam List.
