Moving the site from the Watch List to the Scam List and here are the reasons why :
1. Payza (formerly known as AlertPay) Frozen - Well I guess paypal isn't the only one in the Mafia. Ok, bad humor, but this site has had their Payza (formerly known as AlertPay) account disabled.

Sorry for not replying to your posts so long. I just came back home from work and saw that Alertpay has limited our account... And as always we need to provide additional screenshots, documents, proofs... I will collect all data they need and will send them immediately. The verification process can take few days. We could use Liberty Reserve to pay you,but we have made an exchange to Alertpay yesterday... All payouts you've requested will be processed manually after documents approval period.
And now good news!
As an excuse all upgraded members starting from Standard+ can refer as much people as they want till Alertpay will approve our documents.

2. Slow Communication - As they have admitted, they are not responding to posts like they should. Without no new recent payments members are starting to get upset and for a good reason. The site hasn't paid anyone since May 19th. It is now May 29th. The admin is not as active in the forum and people are starting to spam. Even one went as far to say the admin was dead.
3. New Site - We do not recommend investing or buying upgrades on new sites. For at least 6 months, if not a year. If you can't wait that long, at least test and get paid first before you decide to invest. This site launched in April and it barely has lasted a month. Already it is showing signs of a possible scam. That is if it hasn't already.
4. Forum Gone - Main reason why they are now on our scam list. The site use to have a forum and then took it down after there were complaints about non payments.
When you try to load the forum link it says:
Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused
by the server being busy. Please try again later.
However you visit their home page they have completely removed the forum tab. Which means this is not a connection
problem. This is deliberate.
Some Things You Should Know About This Site...
- First cashout is at $3.00, second at $5.00, and any others from there on are set at $10.00

- Need to have clicked at least 4 ads per day in order to earn from your referrals the next day.
- Paypal has already been disabled and taken away from one of the options to cashout with.
Payza (formerly known as AlertPay) and LibertyReserve are the only ways you can cashout with on this site.
Summary:
Buxator was once a paying site, but like so many other sites, they have gone scam. We would not recommend that anyone use this site. Use at your own risk.
