Site is closing due to paypal limitation and claiming that they will be refunding investors. However we have received several reports that refunds were not given. Site will be moved to the Scam List for this reason.
Site History
BuxSL is being moved from the Ongoing Investigations List to the Watch List. See "cons" section below for combined reasons why. Here are the pros and cons of this site:
PROS:
1. Forum - This site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and stay up to date on changes made to the site. You can find their forum here:
http://www.buxsl.com/?v=f
FaceBook: http://www.facebook.com/buxsl
Twitter: http://twitter.com/buxsl
2. Paying - They are paying and payment proofs can be found on the forum and throughout the web. We were paid as well:
Here are a few other places where you can view these proofs:

http://www.buxsl.com/?v=f&fid=6
3. All Countries Accepted - So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.
4. Instant Payments - For alertpay payments. A great option for any site to have. No more waiting days or weeks for something you rightfully earned.
5. Registered Company - This does not insure the site will not
scam, but it is positive step. Note that there are sites that have
registered and have gone scam. So do not put too much faith in a site
that is a registered company. It is only a positive and that the owner
might be serious about running his/her site.

CONS:

1. Both Payza (formerly known as AlertPay) & PayPal Disabled - For premium members, alertpay is disabled. Also paypal is disabled for all members. Which they are not giving much info as to why. Come to find out their second account with paypal is now showing limited.
1st PayPal Account: http://img835.imageshack.us/img835/3268/errorsendmoneypaypal.jpg
2nd PayPal Account: http://img39.imageshack.us/img39/1120/errorsendmoneypaypal.png
2. New Site - We do not recommend investing or buying upgrades on new sites. For at least 6 months, if not a year. If you can't wait that long, at least test and get paid first before you decide to invest.
The main reason why we see this as a downside is due to the large number of new sites that go through many sudden changes during their first 6 months. Changes anywhere from rates per click, payment processor issues (paypal limitations), and payment wait times. New sites notorious for changing their terms. Why we do not recommend investing on new sites.
3. A "Bux" Site - This type of ptc has a very high fail rate. Most "bux" sites go scam under 6 months, if not within a year. Most rely on upgrades and rental purchases rather than actual advertisers. A typical "bux" site will show fixed/self-sponsored ads, sell rentals, and have a higher rate per click. This type of business model is not very successful and unsustainable, which is probably why most "bux" sites fail.
4. Whois Private - Hidden ownership in site registration.

- Full Review completed and site added to the Ongoing Investigations List

BuxSL is closing and claimed they would be refunding investors, however several have reported that the site has not given refunds due to lack of funds. Many will blame paypal for this, but the truth is that they knew paypal would limit them, or else why would they attempt to open another paypal account after their first one was limited the first time? They opened this site without the sufficient funding and no back up plan. Opening a site like this should not be taken lightly and BuxSL is proof of that. Site will remain on the scam list till investors are refunded.
