CashViews will be moved them from the Watch List to the Scam List. Site has been down for months and owner claims he is dealing with many issues. Received info that the site will be sold and the current owner will pay off all old debt when the site is sold. However that was announced many weeks ago and nothing has happened since. See "cons" section for more info.
Here are the pros and cons of this site:
PROS:
1. Forum - This site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and stay updated on changes made to the site. You can find their forum here:

2. Owned by an Established Owner - Same owner of
CashnHits & CashTream. Both sites are paying and the owner is well known throughout the industry.
3. Paying - They are paying and payment proofs can be found on their forum and throughout the web. We were paid as well:

2-3 days has already passed and we have checked the forum. As of today (April 25th) no update as to when cashviews is coming online. Site will remain on the Watch List till we know more.

Rumor is that the site will be sold to a new owner and all previous debt will be paid off.

2. New Site - We do not recommend investing or buying upgrades on new sites. For at least 6 months, if not a year. If you can't wait that long, at least test and get paid first before you decide to invest.
3. A "Bux" Site - This type of ptc has a very high fail rate.
Most "bux" sites go scam under 6 months, if not within a year. Most rely
on upgrades and rental purchases rather than actual advertisers. A
typical "bux" site will show fixed/self-sponsored ads, sell rentals, and
have a higher rate per click. This type of business model is not very
successful and unsustainable, which is probably why most "bux" sites
fail.

- Users from Brazil, Bulgaria, Hong Kong, Pakistan and Taiwan with more
than 5 referral from the same country as theirs, must upgrade to any of
the upgraded memberships to receive payment(s).
- Users having 90% of the referrals from the same country as theirs must upgrade to receive payment(s).

Summary:
CashViews has paid but the site is down for months. This site will have to be moved to the Scam List till the debt is settled. It is one bad site against this owner and will prevent any site from him ever being on our Elite List. If his other sites start to fail, then any site will be backlisted from this owner.
