We are moving CBux from the Watch List to the Scam List. Site is down, yet again and showing a parked domain. Also, it was once showing for sale with no update from the owner. See "cons" section for more info. Here are the pros and cons of this site:
PROS:
1. Forum - This site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and stay up to date on changes made to the site. You can find their forum here: http://cbux.info/forum/
2. Decent Direct Referral Limits - Currently standards can have 100 direct referrals. Great for promoters and those who can earn their own referrals.
3. All Countries Accepted - So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.
4. Secondary Password & Pin- You have the option of creating a secondary password to protect your account. Which is highly recommended that you use this option.
After you join you will also be required to create a cashout pin. Make sure it is different too. Don't be a fool and use your bank account pin that you use for your personal bank account. Create a unique 4 digit pin and write it down somewhere if need be.
5. Low & Fixed Minimum Cashout - This site minimum cashout is currently at $0.03. (at least $1 for alertpay) Which should be a easy target to reach and cashout with.
6. Paying - Despite there past problems payments have resumed again. They are paying and proofs can be found on their forum and throughout the web. You an find these proofs at these places:

CONS:
1. New Site - We do not recommend investing or buying upgrades on new sites. For at least 6 months, if not a year. If you can't wait that long, at least test and get paid first before you decide to invest.
2. Buggy Site - All sites will have down times and bugs. During our initial review the site banned us after we clicked on a link from their forum. A common problem for GeN4 sites.
DDoS attacks were also a problem for the site recently.
Also the site has been down for a long period of time without any update. Suppose to be back online Feb 15th. Today is Feb 18th. We are giving them till the 21st before we move them to the scam list.
3. Recent Payment Delays & Paypal Under Investigation - Payments did stop due to Paypal investigating of a dispute. However payments have now resumed. Owner says paypal may fail again.
4. For Sale?! - Showed up on Flippa for sale. It is currently status showing:

5. Down Again?! - Site is now a parked domain. Site will be moved to the Scam List since it is no longer online. If anyone sees the site again let us know so we can update.
