CeoPTC (ceoptc.com) - SCAM
Update: We are moving CeoPTC from the Ongoing List to the Scam List and here are our reasons why:
1. Recent Scam Site Owner - I am afraid we have some bad news in regards to CeoPTC. It has turned out that CeoPTC has close ties with a recent scam site HiddenBux, a buxhost site. Full review of HiddenBux here:

When we first reviewed this site we noticed the name "Cengiz" but couldn't remember where we have seen that name before. Today someone alerted us that
HiddenBux and CeoPTC has the same owners. Of course from looking at these sites they are totally different in many ways. However if you check
HiddenBux forum you will see ceoptc in the payment proofs of those chosen to be paid.
Also you will find that CeoPTC is being advertised on in
HiddenBux ads, without a referral link. Here are some screen shots and proof of them being ran by the same owner:

2. Whois Private - Owner hiding identity. Not every site that hides their whois info is a scam, but this is just one more downside to this site.
3. Bugs - It is a GeN site. So expect bugs. Especially when you try to cashout the second time. It will say you don't have enough and you must wait for your 3rd cashout amount. The admins seem to be unaware of this GeN4 bug and most likely has not fixed it.

This is a common problem on GeN4 sites. 2nd Cashout is skipped and you have to wait for your 3rd in order to cashout.

- The minimum cashout is $2 for the first cashout, $4 for the second
cashout, $8 for the third, and $10 for every cashout after that.
- Terms says payments are instant:
6.1. All payments are made using Payza (formerly known as AlertPay) and PayPal. Payment is instant
unless otherwise stated.

Summary:
CeoPTC is a new site and it does show that it has paid, but the owner has a bad habit of scamming people. We do not endorse sites with owners that have scammed in the past. I am sure some will say "but it pays", yes, that may be true. Do we forgive and forget? Let history repeat? We will not, and we do not recommend this site. This is our warning and the site will remain on the scam list for the reasons previously described.
