Update: Moving CreditBux from the Watch List to the Scam List, and here are our reasons why:
1. Non Payments - Starting to receive complaints about the site and how it isn't paying. See comment section for more info...
2. Whois Private - Unknown ownership.
3. No Forum - For whatever the reason is, whether lack of staffing, time to manage one, or spam.. this site does not have a forum. Forums are a excellent tool for every PTC/GPT site to have. Members can post proofs and have a open line of communication between staff and other members. This one does not have one.
4.Complaints - There some complaints about this site. Check our comment section or at this forum for complaints:

5. Fees - The site charges many
fees. Fees to cashout, to speed up payments, fee if you don't post a
payment proofs, and so forth. You are getting nickled and dime at
every chance they get.
6. Old/Outdated Script - Most likely warez. View the ad page
and you will see them using a old an outdated script. You will see it
in sites like Bux.to
7. Fake Proofs - The recent proofs that they are showing are from the old alertpay. Also every single proof that they show, is cut exactly 690x200. You will see the word "info" cut off on every proof. The older alert pay site design was plainer and easy to fake. Strange that this site is showing the old alertpay, when alertpay no longer looks that way.

- You must submit a payment proof link from a site or blog, or be deducted a fee of $5.00
from your balance, before you can request another payment.
- For
every payment they send with PayPal, CreditBux.com charges a
processing fee of 10% (min $50.00, max $100.00).
- For
every payment they send with Payza (formerly known as AlertPay), CreditBux.com charges a
processing fee of 5% (min $0.50, max $5.00).
- As a
Standard Member, the minimum amount will be $5.00, $20.00, $40.00 for
your first 3 requests, and will be fixed at $50.00 for the following
payment requests.
- Any accounts that are determined to
be inactive for a period longer than 90 days may have their current
balance reset to zero.
- Members in some certain
countries may be required to be premium members to be able to get their
payment.
- Your payment will be first marked as
"APPROVED" once it passes manual review, which means that your request
is ready to be paid. Then it will be marked as "PAID" after
CreditBux.com has sent out the payment. **For premium member, payment
will be issued within 24 hours after it gets approved. ** For
standard member, payment will be issued within 2 days after it
gets approved.

Summary:
CreditBux seems to pay to new members over old. We would not recommend them for the reasons previously described. We deem them as a scam.
