We are moving EleBux from the Watch List to the Scam List. See "cons" section for combined reasons why.
Here are the pros & cons of this site:
PROS:
1. Forum - This site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and stay updated on changes made to the site. You can find their forum here: http://elebux.com/forum/
2. All Countries Accepted - So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.
3. Instant Payments - As of now the term says instant. Will update if this changes. Instant payments are a great option for any site to have. No more waiting days or weeks for something you rightfully earned.
4. Secondary Password & Pin- You have the option of creating a secondary password to protect your account. Which is highly recommended that you use this option.
After you join you will also be required to create a cashout pin. Make sure it is different too. Don't be a fool and use your bank account pin that you use for your personal bank account. Create a unique 4 digit pin and write it down somewhere if need be.
5. No Fee to Delete Inactive Referrals - Currently the site direct ref limit is 40 for standards and they do not charge you to delete inactive referrals. Unlike what some other "bux" sites that will charge you a fee to delete referrals from your dowline.
CONS:
1. Ownership? - So who owns this site? Old owner stepped out and RastaBux owner stepped in. Except now he is getting scammed by the old owner. From several sources, we have been told that the old owner is trying to sell the domain to MyCubie.net owner.
2. Prolonged Downtime - The site has been down for over a week now, including MyCubie. Since the site is down, money and work promoting this site is being lost. This is the main reason why they are now on the Scam List.

3. Matrix? - They were using paypal on this site and could be the reason why their paypal was limited.
4. Bugs - If it is not one thing, it is another. Site was down for awhile and was having problems with the license key. Shortly after I tired to log in and clean out my downline and was logged out. Tried to log back in and it said I was banned for deleting other peoples referrals? Huh? Now that is new ban message I haven't seen before. Later my account was unbanned. However some people are still reporting problems with the site. If you are banned by the site, just open a support ticket so they can look at your account.
