We are moving Eu-Bux from the Watch List to the Scam List. Site seems to be making selective payments and many are complaining about non-payments. Site also was up for sale without any warning. Auction ended unsold. See "cons" section for more info.
Here are the pros & cons of this site:
PROS:
1. Forum - This site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and stay up to date on changes made to the site. You can find their forum here: http://eu-bux.com/forum/
2. Paying - They are paying and payment proofs can be found on the forum and throughout the web. However, there are many complaints about non-payments as well.

3. Decent Direct Referral Limits - Currently standards can have up to 50 direct referrals. Great for promoters and those who can earn their own referrals. However, such limits can be unsustainable for "bux" sites due to higher rate per click and rentals.
4. All Countries Accepted - So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.
5. Secondary Password & Pin- You have the option of creating a secondary password to protect your account. Which is highly recommended that you use this option.
After you join you will also be required to create a cashout pin. Make sure it is different too. Don't be a fool and use your bank account pin that you use for your personal bank account. Create a unique 4 digit pin and write it down somewhere if need be.
6. Registered Company - This does not insure the site will not
scam, but it is positive step. Note that there are sites that have
registered and have gone scam. So do not put too much faith in a site
that is a registered company. It is only a positive and that the owner
might be serious about running his/her site.
CONS:
1. For Sale w/out Notice - It appears so. No announcement or warning on the forum either. You can find the auction listed here:

2. Selective Payments ? - Judging by their payment proof section you would say they are paying, but check the doubts section or our comment section and you will find a different story. The site could be making selective payments. They said they had problems with paypal, but many are saying they are not being paid with Payza (formerly known as AlertPay) either. Whatever the reason may be, it is clear that they are not paying everyone within the same time frame. Which is why they are now on the Watch List.

3. New Site - We do not recommend investing or buying upgrades on new sites. For at least 6 months, if not a year. If you can't wait that long, at least test and get paid first before you decide to invest.
4. Whois Private - Unknown ownership.
5. Buggy Site - All sites will have down times and bugs.This is a GeN4 site, which is notorious for false account suspensions. If you are banned be sure to contact the site to see if it is a bug.
6. Negative Feedback & Complaints - We received a few in our Report A Site section and some other places are showing some complaints about payment wait times:

7. Wait Time For Payments? - Site does not indicate the correct wait time for standard members. Terms says instant however people are reporting that they are waiting for their payment.
8. A "Bux" Site - This type of ptc has a very high fail rate.
Most "bux" sites go scam under 6 months, if not within a year. Most rely
on upgrades and rental purchases rather than actual advertisers. A
typical "bux" site will show fixed/self-sponsored ads, sell rentals, and have a higher
rate per click. This type of business model is not very successful and
unsustainable, which is probably why most "bux" sites fail.

Eu-Bux is still a very new and already the site has stopped paying and was up for sale. As of now this site will be added to the scam list for the reasons previously described. Use at your own risk...
