GoSignups is a PTSU site where users get paid 4 cents for each successful site signup they complete.
Once a user completes the signup the advertiser has 2 days to either approve or deny the offer. If you join "bux" sites you are required to click at least 3 ads.
When you join you will find that this site is not fancy nor does it have many features. Much needed features such as the ability to dispute a denial. Also earnings history after cashout, which I found to be erased after you get paid. Another thing I don't like is how your login is your user number. Which is annoying to have to remember or look up in order to login, since the site does not remember user login information.
Despite all of that, I have tested this site to my limits and I have been paid without delay. The site will be added to the Ongoing Investigations List and possibly to the Legit List soon. There is little to no risk using this site. Here are the pros and cons of GoSignups:

The main reason why we see this as a downside is due to the large number of
new sites that go through many sudden changes during their first 6 months.
Changes anywhere from rates per click, payment processor issues (paypal limitations),
and payment wait times. New sites notorious for changing their terms.

No Forum.
For whatever the reason is, whether lack of staffing, time to manage one, or spam... the site does not have a forum.
Forums are a excellent tool for every PTC/GPT site to have. Members can post proofs
and have a open line of communication between staff and other members.

I guess this can be debatable according to which site you try to
promote there. For example, setting up and paying for an ad campaign
for ClixSense, or sites like NeoBux might not be a wise option. Since
most of us in the PTC world has already seen those sites and those
that are no longer active will just signup for the sake of earning 4
cents at GoSignups. So it might wasted money for you to advertise
such sites. I am sure some might have success with this option, just like
any paid to signup offers, but with this site you have very little control
over what you want users to do after signup. Unlike other sites that
give you more options for your paid to signup offers.

Summary
GoSignups is a simply made PTSU site that is currently paying. As of now I don't see any risks using this site. However if you are plan on using this site to get referrals, then I would recommend you choose wisely which sites you want signups for.
