HiFiBux is being moved from the Watch List to the Scam List. Site appears to have stopped paying and site has been down for days. See "cons" for more info.

Here are the pros & cons of this site:

PROS:

1. Forum - This site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and stay up to date on changes made to the site. You can find their forum here: http://www.hifibux.com/forum/

2. Paying - They are paying and payment proofs can be found on the forum and throughout the web. Here are a few places where you can view these proofs:

http://www.emoneyspace.com/forum...

3. All Countries Accepted -
So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.

4. Secondary Password & Pin- You have the option of creating a secondary password to protect your account. Which is highly recommended that you use this option.

After you join you will also be required to create a cashout pin. Make sure it is different too. Don't be a fool and use your bank account pin that you use for your personal bank account. Create a unique 4 digit pin and write it down somewhere if need be.

CONS:

1. Non-Payments - Complaints are showing again about non-payments. This is the second time that there has been this kind of issue with this site. This time they say it is due to theft of funds.

2. Site gone or down - Been down for several days now without any update

3. New Site - We do not recommend investing or buying upgrades on new sites. For at least 6 months, if not a year. If you can't wait that long, at least test and get paid first before you decide to invest.

4. Low Direct Referral Limit - This site will not be for promoters. At least for standard one. Currently standards can only have only 10 direct referrals.

5. A "Bux" Site - This type of ptc has a very high fail rate. Most "bux" sites go scam under 6 months, if not within a year. Most rely on upgrades and rental purchases rather than actual advertisers. A typical "bux" site will show fixed/self-sponsored ads, sell rentals, and have a higher rate per click. This type of business model is not very successful and  unsustainable, which is probably why most "bux" sites fail.

HiFiBux is a small bux site that had problems in the past and now the payment problems are back again. On top of that the site has been down for several days. Site will be moved to the Scam List till it returns and starts paying again. If it does return the site will not be recommended by us since this is a constant issue with this site.
