Update: Moving the site to from the Watch List to the Scam List and here the combined reasons why:
1. Poor Communication & Abandonment - Owner is not responding, and no one has heard anything since the last update:
"on 28th June 2010 our server get crash and their was problem with database. our database get corrupted.
but now i have solve whole database and it is working perfect now.
now you can post in forum and also send support ticket
cashout will be enable from 10th July 2010

2. Cashouts Disabled - As you can see from above, they stated that cashouts would resume on July 10th. That day has come and gone. Site still is not paying.
3. Forum is Disabled - Just as bad as not having one. This is the second time that they have done this. Usually when a site disables the forum, it is a sign that the owner is trying to prevent users from posting complaints.

Summary:
A once paying site is no longer paying. JPHFBux had a lot of financial problems and the owner did not close the site properly. Yes it paid, but this is no way to close out a site. You don't abandon it and leave the site up so it can keep scamming. Be honest and refund investors. Site will remain on the scam list till further notice.
