Moving the site form the Watch List to the sScam List. Site is for sale and payments have not been made for over a week . See "cons" section for more info.

 Here are the pros and cons of this site:

PROS:

1. Forum - This site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and stay up to date on changes made to the site. You can find their forum here: http://labpay.com/forum/

2. Paying - They are paying and payment proofs can be found on the forum and throughout the web. We have cashed out but the cashout is pending. Will update when we are paid.

3. Decent Direct Referral Limits - Currently standards can have up to 50 direct referrals and it increases every 2 days by 2. Great for promoters and those who can earn their own referrals.

4. All Countries Accepted - So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.

5. Secondary Password & Pin- You have the option of creating a secondary password to protect your account. Which is highly recommended that you use this option.

After you join you will also be required to create a cashout pin. Make sure it is different too. Don't be a fool and use your bank account pin that you use for your personal bank account. Create a unique 4 digit pin and write it down somewhere if need be.

CONS:

1. For  Sale !?  - We don't have a problem with owners selling their site. What we do have a problem with is when they do not inform investors and members about the sale. No warning or indication in their forum about the Ebay auction.:

If a new owner has not been found within the next few days the site will be moved to the scam list for deceiving members about the sell and not being upfront about the payment issues. Which brings me to reason number 2 ...

 2. Cashouts Put on Hold -  Owner says they are having problems with cashouts. Explains why they are now selling it. Maybe there is or maybe their isn't an issue with cashouts, but it is clear the site is hiding something and not being honest.

We are currently experiencing issues with both of our payment processors ( Paypal and Alert-Pay). 3. New Site - We do not recommend investing or buying upgrades on new sites. For at least 6 months, if not a year. If you can't wait that long, at least test and get paid first before you decide to invest.

4. Buggy Site -  GeN4 sites are notorious for bugs. This site has fixed most of them however don't be surprised to see GeN4 license error from time to time.

• Payment wait time indicated as instant in terms, however the payment proof section on the forum is saying within a day or so.
  

• Avg Daily Earnings w/out referrals : $0.04
  

• Number of Ads: 4 max for standards
  

• To start gaining direct referrals you must be a member on Labpay for 5 days and click a minimum of 20 ads.

LabPay is under 3 months old,  already cashouts are on hold and the site is up for sale without warning. Site will remain on the Scam List till further notice.
