Scam Site use caution! Here are the combined reasons why they are on our scam list:
1. Owns Another Scam - This site has the same owner of ClockPay.net, which is on our scam list for non payments and complaints.

GetPaidSolutions". It is a host that hosts nothing but scams. When you try to contact the host in regards to removing scam sites, you will not get any response. This host is on our Hall of Shame for endorsing many scams.

3. No Forum - For whatever the reason is, whether lack of staffing, time to manage
one, or spam.. this site does not have a forum. Forums are a excellent
tool for every PTC/GPT site to have. Members can post proofs and have a
open line of communication between staff and other members. This one
does not have one.
4. Whois Private - Owner hiding identity. Not all sites that have their whois private are scam. However this is just another reason why you shouldn't trust your money and your valuable time with this site.

Summary: LibertyDollarReserve might pay some here and there, but judging from the owner's last site it will stop paying. ClockPay started to make rules that restricted members from cashing out. This site has a high minimum cashout and the same kind of rules. Most standard members will not be able to cashout. IF they do reach the minimum then the owner will either send them a notice saying they have to upgrade or they will deny your payment.
