We are moving LotBux from the the
Watch List to the Scam List. Forum is no longer and the
documents they provided are forged. See "cons" section for more info.
Here are the pros & cons of this site:
PROS:
1. Forum - This
site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between
members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and
stay up to date on changes made to the site. You can find their forum
here: http://www.lotbux.com/forum/
2. Decent Direct Referral Limits - Currently standards can have up to 50 direct referrals. Great for promoters and those who can earn their own referrals.
3. All Countries Accepted - So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.
4. Instant Payments - A great option for any site to have. No more waiting days or weeks for something you rightfully earned.
5. Secondary Password - You
have the option of creating a secondary password to protect your
account. Which is highly recommended that you use this option.
6. DDoS Protection - Site claims it is protected from DDoS attacks via "Dragonara.net" "blockdos.net " (more info about DDoS).
These attacks are a big threat to PTC sites. Such protection can be
very expensive but these days it is needed to protect the site from
possible threats and downtime.
7. Paying. - They are paying and payment proofs can be found on their forum and throughout the web. We were paid as well:

CONS:
1. Fake Documents? -
Earlier the site claimed it is a registered company out of Puerto Rico.
Later someone brought to my attention that this may be a fake claim
(thanks to that person who contacted us).
You try to look up their registration number and you get no results on Puerto Rico government site: https://prcorpfiling.f1hst.com/CorporationSearch.aspx?q=jcc2732&b=1&t=
So
I decided to look further and found some strange abnormalities on their
certificate. If you look closely at the fine print on this "bond" you
will find it says "Puerto Rican Cement Company Inc."
So
now I am wondering what does a bank note from a cement company have to
do with LotBux? So I searched for this company and found the actual bond
certificate. Which you can find on this site:
http://www.expcom.com/abnpartv/PartV_04.html
(Scroll down to #325) and you will find this image:http://www.expcom.com/abnpartv/img/900742.jpg
Now compare the two (we pointed out the irregularities below )
Here is the document the site provided to everyone (zoomed in to the fine print):
And now the original from the actual cement company:
Conclusion, the document that LotBux provided is indeed fake and the main reason why
they are now on the Watch List. While I do not take being a registered site
seriously (since it is not that hard to register your company these days
for a small fee) at the same time I do not like to see sites forging documents to make
everyone believe they are a registered company. Too many have put too
much emphasis on whether or not a site is a registered company and now other sites feel they have to
do the same. While it doesn't hurt to be a registered company, many scammers are now trying to use this to gain people confidence. So if a site says they are a registered company, don't take it as a sure bet that the site will not scam you. Being registered is just an upside, it does not prevent a site from scamming its members.

2. Forum Removed w/out Notice - Doubt it is due to maintenance since there is no notice on their twitter or the page the forum use to be on. Forum link was also removed from the main page.
Removing the forum can be a sign that they are trying to block complaints from showing.
3. New Site - We do
not recommend investing or buying upgrades on new sites. For at least 6
months, if not a year. If you can't wait that long, at least test and
get paid first before you decide to invest.
4. Zeus Site - There is some negativity and bad feedback towards sites that use this
script. Mainly due to the previously sites that have used this script.
We
hate to judge a site by its script, but this is a Zeus site. Which has a
very poor track record when it comes to the owners that run these Zeus
sites. Most of them that we have reviewed or followed has either gone
scam, currently has problems, or still very new. Not a single one has lasted for over 6 months.
5. Problems with Verifying Emails -
Receiving complaints for several zeus sites about their email
verification system. Many are not getting the emails. If you can't
verify your email you will have problems cashing out.
