Site appears to be gone. We received no complaints about this site, however the site seemed to be a failure from the start. We will be moving the site to the Closed List since no complaints were received or found.

MoClicks is a new site that is under 3 months old and already it is showing some bad signs. We are going to go ahead and place them on the Watch List and possibly to the scam list if things do not improve. Here are the combined reasons why they sit on our Watch List.
1. Where is the admin of this site ? - Why do these people open a site if they know they don't have the time to maintain and run it? Such a waste of time and space. The site is showing signs of abandonment. The owner made few posts on the forum, and that was to welcome members. That was over a month ago and there has not been any update or any word from the owner since then.
2. Whois Private - Unknown ownership, owner hiding identity.
3. Ads Don't Always Refresh - Judging from the complaints on the forum, the ads don't refresh like they are suppose to. Owner is not responding or fixing the problem. It has been a problem since May 19th!
4. Paypal & Payza (formerly known as AlertPay) - Site says it accepts Paypal and Payza (formerly known as AlertPay), but the upgrade page only allows you to upgrade with LibertyReserve. Which has a no charge-back policy. You buy something with LibertyReserve your money is gone.
Summary:
MoClicks appears to be abandoned. The site is most likely used by the admin to gain referrals by placing their own ads on their own site. Low rate per click (0.001), few ads, and zero payments made. Site looks nice, but it is poorly managed. We would not recommend or use it.
