We are moving MooBux from the Watch List to the Scam List. Site hasn't made an payment since January 19th! See "cons" section for more info.
Here are the pros & cons of this site:
PROS:
1. Forum - This site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and stay updated on changes made to the site. You can find their forum here:

2. Paying - They are paying and payment proofs can be found on their forum and throughout the web. Here are a few places where you can view these proofs:

3. Decent Direct Referral Limits - Currently standard members can have up to 100 referrals. Great for those who can promote and earn their own referrals.
4. All Countries Accepted - So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.
5. Low Minimum Cashout - This site minimum cashout is currently at $1. Which should be a easy target to reach and cashout with.
CONS:
1. Non Payments - Check the payment history page and the site hasn't paid anyone since Jan 19th. Note it is now April 23rd. Not only that but we see the first complaint about non payment showing in their forum as well. This is the main reason why they are now on the Scam List. Site was a very slow earner and people might have stopped using it due to this. Site is showing signs of abandonment.

2. New Site - We do not recommend investing or buying upgrades on new sites. For at least 6 months, if not a year. If you can't wait that long, at least test and get paid first before you decide to invest.
3. Whois Private - Unknown ownership.
4.Slow Earner - This site pays only a fraction of a cent per click. Every ad that we saw was $0.001. For those who will not be able to refer a lot of people, this will be a slow earner for you.
5. In the Negative? - Check their faq page and you will find this:

Look at our payouts! MooBux is currently in a negative gain for income.
We *hope* that advertisers will start coming in and buying ads.
Why else would we pay out and be 'in the hole' if we were a scam site? Scam sites are only made to MAKE money, not lose it!

MooBux was paying but it is showing signs of abandonment. Site will remain on the Scam List for the reasons previously described. Use at your own risk...
