Here are the pros & cons of this site:
PROS:
1. Forum - This site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and stay updated on changes made to the site. You can find their forum here: http://www.neogpt.com/neoforum/
2. Paying - They are paying and payment proofs can be found on the forum and throughout the web. Here are a few places where you can view these proofs:

3. Low Minimum Cashout - This site minimum cashout is currently at $1. Which should be a easy target to reach and cashout with.
4. Fixed Cashouts - Payouts do not increase after each cashout. Will update if this changes.
CONS:
1. Non Payments - There are quite a few complaints in the forum
about non payments. Site is suppose to pay within 7 business days,
however many are reporting longer wait times.
2. Admin Inactive - Today is Jan 6th, the admin hasn't been active on his forum since December 21st.
3. New Site - We do not recommend investing or
buying upgrades on new sites. For at least 6 months, if not a year. If
you can't wait that long, at least test and get paid first before you
decide to invest.

NeoGPT is still showing instant payments however a lot of standard members are reporting non payment and delay. With the admin inactive and complaints about non payments we have to assume the site is having problems paying on time. The site will remain on the Scam List till further notice. As of now we would not recommend this site till the current issues are resolved.
We will continue to monitor this site. If anyone
would like to share their experience that they had with this site,
whether it is good or bad, feel free to do so in our comment section at
