We are moving Paidum from the Ongoing Investigations List to the Scam List. Site has been offline for almost a week and has yet to come back. Site showing this message for several days now:
"We are currently transferring Paidum to the new owners, everything will be finalized within 24 hours"
Till the site comes back online or refunds all investors the site will be moved to the scam list. See "cons" section for more info.
Here are the pros and cons of this site.
PROS:
1. Forum - This site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and stay up to date on changes made to the site. You can find their forum here: http://paidum.com/forum/
2. All Countries Accepted - So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.
3. Instant Payments - A great option for any site to have. No more waiting days or weeks for something you rightfully earned.
4. Secondary Password & Pin- You have the option of creating a secondary password to protect your account. Which is highly recommended that you use this option.
After you join you will also be required to create a cashout pin. Make sure it is different too. Don't be a fool and use your bank account pin that you use for your personal bank account. Create a unique 4 digit pin and write it down somewhere if need be.
5. Paying - They are paying and payment proofs can be found on their forum and throughout the web.
CONS:
1. New Site - We do not recommend investing or buying upgrades on new sites. For at least 6 months, if not a year. If you can't wait that long, at least test and get paid first before you decide to invest.
2. Whois Private - Unknown ownership, only alias is given.
3. Buggy Site - All sites will have down times and bugs.This is a GeN4 site. It is notorious for bugs and glitches. Ranging from referral link issues, to automatic bans for doing simple tasks like clicking on forum links or deleting your own referrals. Another reason why we do not recommend investing on new sites, at least till they fix most of the bugs.
4. For Sale - Site is for sale, however the owner announced it and warned members. So the site will remain on the Ongoing Investigations List for the time being.

Reason for selling:
I now have a new job which takes up alot of my time and i am more
active in my personal life "Do not use the computer nearly as much as i
did previously". I would like to sell this site to someone who can
expand this site to great lengths and has more dedicated time. |
5. A "Bux" Site - This type of ptc has a very high fail rate.
Most "bux" sites go scam under 6 months, if not within a year. Most rely
on upgrades and rental purchases rather than actual advertisers. A
typical "bux" site will show fixed/self-sponsored ads, sell rentals, and have a higher
rate per click. This type of business model is not very successful and
unsustainable, which is probably why most "bux" sites fail.
6. Down Time - For about a week the site has been in transit. Supposedly the new owner is suppose to take over but there is no new update coming from the site other than this:
"We are currently transferring Paidum to the new owners, everything will be finalized within 24 hours"
24hrs have passed and we have seen this before with Buxera.

Paidum still down without any new update. Still showing they will be back within 24hrs. Pretty much the same message received about Buxera. Which was never came back. Paidum will be moved to the scam list till investments are refunded or the site comes back and starts paying again.
