Moving PalmBucks from the Watch List to the Scam List. Site has indicated that it is down and will be back within 48hrs with an update. That time has come and gone. See "cons" section for more info.
Here are the pros & cons of this site:
PROS:
1. Forum - This site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and stay up to date on changes made to the site. You can find their forum here: http://palmbucks.com/forum/
2. All Countries Accepted - So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.
3 .DDoS Protection - Site claims it is protected from DDoS attacks (
more info).
Which is a big threat to PTC sites. Such protection can be very
expensive but these days it is needed to protect the site from possible
threats and downtime.
CONS:
1. New Site - We do not recommend investing or buying upgrades on new sites. For at least 6 months, if not a year. If you can't wait that long, at least test and get paid first before you decide to invest.
2. Downtime - Site has a issue about staying online. It constantly goes up and down and is not reliable. Last message from the site showing:

Site has been down for more than 7 days. Which is why it is now on the scam list.
3. Non-Payment- Our cashout was over 7 days ago. No payment was ever received.

PalmBucks is constantly going down and not very reliable. No update about the issue and no payment received. We have to assume the worst and the site will be placed on the scam list for the reasons previously described.
