PalmBux is a site that was once said to be the next neobux. However that comparison is no longer made. Site is a controversial one and it is a site we stopped using and promoting back in August of 2009. To make a long story short, the owner was not pleased with us showing his whois info (info that was public) and demanded the info to be removed instantly. Of course you will find their whois info is now set to private. The demands did not sit too well with us. Shortly after we stopped using the site and we placed the site on the Ongoing Investigations List.
We have received mixed feedback about this site. Some say it is one of the greatest site to earn with, some call it a huge scam.
Since the complaints seem to be getting worse, we are placing them on our Scam List. Yes they are paying, however the site has a lot of complaints.
Here are the combined reasons why we have them on our Scam List:
1. Complaints & Negative Feedback - Every site is going to receive complaints. It is inevitable. However, you can not ignore the number of complaints this site has. Here are few of those complaints:

2. Whois Private - Owner at one time had it open for all to see, then all the sudden he wished to have his identity hidden.
3. Can only Cashout at server time ? - This would drive me crazy. Who in their right mind came up with this plan? For one, the time zones are different. So some people's schedule will not coincide with PalmBux's server time. They are calling it "Cash Flow Regulation". I call it nonsense. Just another way to restrict cash outs. Even their "PalmBux Wiki" (aka FAQ) page has complaints about this cashout system.

4. Pay To Write "Good" comments ? - Sites should not be giving incentives to users to write good comments on WOT or Alexa reviews. These sites were not intended for fake comments. When you place money in front of people they will write what ever you want, and it is misleading information that is being posted on these reviews. Sites like Bux.to have resorted to this tactic. When you see a ptc site that has positive reviews in the hundreds and they do not reflect what blogs and forums are saying, then you know it has to be fake. Only large sites have these numbers of feedbacks. Amazon, Google, Facebook, and so forth. A ptc site will not have feedback in the hundreds and on not on all all the same day. Found several reviews on WOT from PalmBux members, many were on 09/22/2009 .

5. Forum Censorship - Site censors any "cashout post" and considers it as spam. Huh ? It is called damage control. Spam these days has a very wide range of definition these days. Once again, see screen shot of this ridiculous censorship they have in place
Summary:
We would not recommend PalmBux for the reasons previously described. The site is paying, however site policies are not acceptable by our standards. Use this site at your own risk.
