Moving the site from the Watch List to the Not Recommended List. New owner announced that the site is pretty much a forced investment site. Most of the user's cashout will be transferred to the purchase balance. In general we usually move forced investment sites to the Not Reviewable List. However with this site, there was a huge amount of debt that was not paid and both the new and old owner is responsible for this debt. The new owner knew what he was getting when he bought this site. If you don't have money to pay people, then don't buy it.

At any time and without notice, if an urgent need so require, payments will be made as follows: 10% of the amount required in cash, 90% credit in Purchase balance. Minimum amount payable after the reduction of 90% = $ 5

Forum is back. One new payment is showing but it is the new owner's payment to himself or from the old owner. Not sure which. Or maybe he just marked his account paid. There are no announcements being posted or any updates on the forum (at least not yet).  Also PremiumCents (their sister site) forum is still down.

PremiumClix will remain on the Watch List till it fully recovers and more info is given to their members.

Site History

PremiumClix will be moved from the Ongoing Investigations List  to the Watch List for the combined reasons:

1. Forums Disabled - The forum for both of their sites are currently disabled. It is rumored that the site is up for sale. The admin is not updating anyone and leaving everyone to guess as to what he plans on doing with these sites.

2. PayPal Limited - At least partially. He can receive funds but there is some kind of limitation on their account.   Details posted here:

3. Payments Stopped - Due to PayPal limitation it appears they stopped paying via Payza as well. Last payment posted on September 22, 2012.

Summary

PremiumClix will not be recommended and it is clear that the new owner does not have the money to pay. He was a member on this site and knew what he was getting into. If you don't have the money to run the site, then don't buy it. He and the old owner are careless and now investors are losing their investment due to their poor decision making. Site will be placed on the Not Recommended List.
