Scam Site use caution! Here are the combined reasons that make it a scam:
1. Rates Unsustainable - 10 cents per click and $1 per email read is unsustainable. Not one single site that has paid these rates have lasted. Every single one has turned into a scam.
2. You Must Pay in order to be Paid ?- Huh? It is "paid to click" not "pay me to click" !
Yes, some sites are legit that require you to invest, however this site has outrageous rates per click and do not allow you to test and get paid before you invest. Only upgraded members can cashout, and even if you were to upgrade you still would have a lot of requirements to cashout. Read their terms and you will see all restrictions they have in place that restrict payments:
....you MUST be a paying member for a minimum of 45 days prior to requesting
payout.
....You must allow 60-90 days for payment to be received.
...Your actual amount received may be different than what it states in your
balance. We pay out our revenue to members based on the amount of
revenue generated.
Meaning they don't have the money to pay you, at least not yet. They have to wait and see if they get more people to buy into this scheme in order to pay you. 3. No Forum - Sites that don't have them don't welcome feedback about their program. Forums can be a excellent asset to many sites since proof of payment can be posted freely by members. This site does not have one.
Summary: We would not recommend this site for the reasons previously described. The site is a ponzi if not a scam. Site relies on investments in order to pay you. "rob Paul to pay Peter" mentality.
