PurePTC is being moved from the the Watch List to the Scam List. Site has been suspended for over 7 days now without any update. See "cons" section for more info. Here are the pros & cons of this site:
PROS:
1. Forum - This site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and stay up to date on changes made to the site. You can find their forum here: http://pureptc.com/forum.php
2. Paying - They are paying and we were paid as well.

3. All Countries Accepted - So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.
4. Fixed Minimum Cashout - $2 is the set minimum cashout. From what we can see the minimum cashout will not increase after you first cashout. Will update if we find out differently.
CONS:
1. New Site - We do not recommend investing or buying upgrades on new sites. For at least 6 months, if not a year. If you can't wait that long, at least test and get paid first before you decide to invest.
2. Time to Manage? - The owner at times will go silent on the forum. With the recent changes we feel the owner does not have enough time to properly mange this site. Payment wait times went from 24hrs to now payments are only made on Sundays. Also complaints in the forum about payments is looked down upon.
3. Suspended?! - Not you, but the site was suspended by the host. Has been down for over a week now without any update. Site was moved to the Scam List for not closing the site properly and not announcing that they will be refunding investments.
