We are moving RightMediaPTC from the Watch List to the Scam List. Site has been down for days and with no date of return. See "cons" for more info.

Here are the pros and cons of this site:

Site History

PROS:

1. Forum - This site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and stay up to date on changes made to the site. You can find their forum here:

2. Paying - They are paying and we were paid as well:

3. Unlimited Direct Referrals - There are no limits on how many referrals you can have. Great for promoters and those who can refer a lot of people.

4. All Countries Accepted - So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.

CONS:

1. Down Time - Site was pulled down due to them violating Yahoo property rights and trademarks. So far they have not given a date when the site will return and the main reason why they are now on the scam list.

We have some problems with our Domain name and Yahoo! Inc., witch is the exclusive owner of trademark and other intellectual property rights in and to the RIGHT MEDIA trademark.

Yahoo! is concerned that consumers (YOU) are confused as to Yahoo! sponsorship of your services and websites.
But how I said many and many times - This is NOT a company of Yahoo! Inc.

But we have used Yahoo! TM and we are really sorry for that, we didnt realize that! Please accept this as a "public apology".


Give us few next days to deal with this problem.

Refund Policy


Majority of our users have decided to contact Paypal and claim a refund of the money they invested in our company. We do not understand why, though, since our company did not go bankrupt; we are simply going through certain necessary adjustments.

Following these applications, PayPal decided to put limit on our account and demands additional explanations of our commercial activity. And this is the exact reason why we would like to remind all of You, who are still considering the similar goal of claiming the money refund, of a portion of Terms of Services You have agreed to upon registration on our site: "Any investment in this project is optional and cannot be conducted under constraint. Upon sending any money funds to our PayPal, LibertyReserve or Payza (formerly known as AlertPay) account You thereby forfeit the right to claim a refund."

Hence, although PayPal service allows to "claim a refund", You have waived this option upon investing in our system. If You ask for a refund now, it is considered as an intentional theft and fraud. If PayPal still decides to give You a refund, we shall proceed according to applicable laws and refer the case to a company specialized in recovery of claims - GCS-group.com (you have agreed with the our terms upon depositing money; we shall get the information about You from Your PayPal account).


This is not a form of threat or anything of this sort. We just want to remind You of one of the important parts of our Terms of Service.

The resolving of all problems is still in the works. You may soon be looking forward to new 2.0 version!

2. New Site - We do not recommend investing or buying upgrades on new sites. For at least 6 months, if not a year. If you can't wait that long, at least test and get paid first before you decide to invest.

3. Sustainable? - Made 8 cents on my first day. Not sure if it will be the same every day, but with no direct referral limit and a low minimum cashout ...can it sustain? We will find the answer soon enough.

4. Payza (formerly known as AlertPay)  Disabled - Currently Payza (formerly known as AlertPay) cashouts are disabled due to them having to verify their account. They say they are working on fixing the Payza (formerly known as AlertPay) issue and should have it running soon.

5. Bugs & Glitches - All sites will have down times and bugs. This site is having a quite a few issues. First it was the stats, timer on ads not working, frame breakers ads giving you a cheat warning, cashout page errors, and so forth. Owner is currently working on these problems.

Some Things You Should Know About This Site...

• They are not a company from Yahoo. Some people are going around saying they are from Yahoo. Which is incorrect. 

• Be sure to pay attention to the rates per click. You will notice on their site they say "0.8c " Which is not 8 cents per click. It is $0.008.

• Avg Daily Earnings w/out referrals : $0.08 +/-
  

• Number of Ads: 10 +/-

• Captcha on each ad.
  

• Referral Earnings : $0.01 referral clicks (??) Makes no sense, since standard earnings are lower ($0.008)
  

• Script: Custom
  
• (some think it is using ChloroBux old script IMG . Not sure about then name of the script since that site was never reviewed by us and no longer online to compare with this one)

RightMediaPTC has been down for quite some time. The site will remain on the Scam List for non payment and for refusal to refund investments.
